About Modified Chicks, INC.

Modified Chicks, INC. is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in July 2016 by car enthusiast, community leader/activist, and model Ashley Danielle (@Waiting2Exhale_).
Our mission is simple: to elevate, empower, and encourage women in motorsports—a space where female representation has long been overlooked.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for women in the automotive and motorsports industries. Modified Chicks provides education, hands-on experience, networking, and community support to help women confidently pursue their passion in a male-dominated field.

What We Do

Through a variety of programs, events, and community efforts, Modified Chicks offers women a safe, supportive space to learn, grow, and thrive:

Signature Events & Programs

  • Female Driven Experience
    Our annual all-female car, truck, and bike show—now expanding across multiple states.

  • Educational Track Courses
    Beginner-friendly sessions that introduce women to racing in a structured, supportive environment.

  • All-Women’s Track Class (Coming 2026)
    A dedicated class for female racers at local track events.

  • Garage Nights & Auto Workshops
    Hands-on learning experiences covering automotive basics, maintenance, performance, and more.

  • Media & Storytelling
    YouTube features, social media interviews, and digital content highlighting women in the automotive community.

Growing Beyond the Garage

What began in 2016 as a social media platform on Instagram and Facebook has grown into a global movement.
Today, Modified Chicks has ambassadors across the world—including the DMV, Florida, South Africa, and Australia.

Our Growth Timeline

  • 2017: First Female Driven Experience (Maryland)

  • 2019: Female Driven Experience Expansion to Florida

  • 2021: First educational track course for beginner female racers

  • 2026: Launching our 3rd Female Driven Experience location + introducing our all-female track class
